Three-phase group of voltage transformersDescription

The three-phase group is intended for mounting in factory-assembled switchgears or in closed switchgears and serves for powering electric measuring devices, protection and signaling circuits of 50 or 60 Hz frequency alternating current electrical systems. The group is ferro resonance stable and proof against intermittent arc in case when one network phase in ground circuited.

The transformers are manufactured in climatic versions "У" (moderate) and "T"(tropical) according to the standard requirements of GOST 15150 location category 3 and are indended for usage under the following operating conditions:

  • altitude above sea level is not higher than 1000m;
  • ambient air temperature, considering the overheating inside conduction or switchgear at the maximum load of the transformers:
    • for "УЗ" versions from minus 45 °C up to plus 50 °C;
    • for "TЗ" versions from minus 10 °C up to plus 55 °C;
  • ambient air humidity no more than 98 % at 25 °C for "YЗ" versions and at 35 °C for "TЗ" versions;
  • environment should be non-explosive, without dust, corrosive gases and steams in concentrations that are likely to destroy metal or insulation;
  • keep out of direct solar radiation;
  • mounting in any position.

Transformers of both types are allowed to be used at temperatures up to 65°C given the load does not exceed accuracy class 0,5 rated power.
